How to travel here?
Option 1 (easier)
Take a flight from Mexico City to Chetumal City (Interjet Airlines), we recommend the most earlier flight because only the trip takes 3 and a half hours to Ba'alche. When you arrived at the Chetumal airport, we will be there to pick you up.
Bacalar Lake for breakfast and visit.

Option 2
Take a flight from your country to Cancun; there you have to buy a bus ticket (ADO lines, $110 Mexican pesos per person, 1 hour travel) we recommend the most earlier flight because only the trip from Playa del Carmen takes 5 hours to Ba'alche, that will leave you in Playa del Carmen, we will be waiting at the bus station to pick you up.

Well. . . actually we are not specific in Mahahual, we are inside the Sian-Ka'an Biosphere Reserve, that means we have endless ecological activities to enjoy:

Cancellation policy:
We will process 50% of the payment for your stay at the time of booking. You will have to pay the other 50%, 7 days (one week) minimum before arrival. You understand and acknowledge that YOUR RESERVATION IS UNCONDITIONALLY NON-REFUNDABLE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN CASE OF CHANGE OR CANCELLATION but only a credit will be issued for the amount paid valid for one (1) year from the date of your cancellation (subject to the restrictions set forth below).
In order to obtain a credit valid for one (1) year from the date of your cancellation, you must make your cancellations or changes at least 7 days prior to arrival.

Changes or cancellations within 7 days in advance are subject to one night charge (credit will be issued for the remaining non-refundable balance).

Date changes are not accepted on the date of arrival -- day of arrival cancellations are completely non-refundable and not valid for credit.

A CONFIRMATION LETTER WILL BE SENT TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS ONCE THE PAYMENT IS PROCESSED. PLEASE PRINT IT AND PRESENT IT AT CHECK IN AS PROOF OF PAYMENT FOR YOUR ACCOMODATION.
